I have been studying about these methods in parallel with my dancing career.
Luckily I never had big injuries throughout my ballerina life,
I believe my body-conditioning workout helped me to stay strong and resilient.
The exercise can be simple and effective.
The key is to be consistent, you will be amazed how your body and mind will react.
I encourage non-dancers to join me as well!
The class is open to everyone.
Classes
I have a small studio in the centre of Warsaw. Mainly I'm offering Private/Duo classes of combined methods.
Ballet class and GYROTONIC class are also possible, in a different location.

Pilates
I have been practicing Pilates for almost 20 years. It became my life routine.
My teaching journey started 12 years ago when I first took my BASI Pilates certificate. Since then I completed a few workshops and keep learning.
You have access to Reformer in my studio.
Pilates is a very efficient way to activate and strength the muscles. Focusing awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, strength the deep torso and abdominal muscles.

GYROKINESIS®︎
I met this amazing method during Covid times, when I was taking every possible online classes to keep in shape. Gyrokinesis®︎ opened me another discovery in my body. I became a certified trainer through my pregnancy, it gives me an extra joy in the memory!
The GYROKINESIS® Method is practiced on a mat and chair without equipment. It is also know as "dancer's yoga"; flowing movements that lengthen muscles, stimulate circulation, increase spine and joint mobility, and build core strength in a relaxing, rejuvenating workout.
Some of the benefits include increased strength and flexibility, renewed energy and vitality and a general sense of calm and wellbeing.
GYROTONIC®︎
Gyrotonic® is a unique method of whole body movement that flows in circular and spiraling patterns to promote strength, balance, flexibility, and efficiency of movement. This type of exercise relies on your natural mobility, moving through the full range of motion in your joints without compressing or restricting movement.
The movement stimulates the nervous system, improves strength, coordination. It is suitable for everyone, from those recovering from injury to top dancers/athletes.
Gyrotonic® is practiced on a Machine.
MasterStretch®︎
I discovered this through Gyrotonic studio, it comes from the same roots. Recomemded for dancers but not only! It's fun for everyone.
Thanks to these patented overhead shoes, the training time is reduced from 60 to 15 minutes. It improves balance and coordination by shifting the weight of the body back and forth. This rocking movement stretches and strengthens the muscles especially on hamstrings, back and ankles. The dynamic stretch reduces muscle cramps, strains, tendonitis and back pain.
